Members adhere to a strict Code of Professional  Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Joining the Appraisal Institute sets appraisers apart from the rest  of the appraisal community. Those that are Designated are recognized as the most qualified in their fields.

The Chapter sponsors several informative membership meetings each year, many of which carry appraisal continuing education credit. Members of other professional organizations and the public are welcome to attend. As our commitment to our members, we seek to strengthen our membership by offering quality education, promote the Appraisal Institute’s commercial and residential designations, provide opportunities for networking and development of professional relationships, and monitor political issues that affect our membership and profession, among many other things.
